You’re invited to the second annual UWD Multi-Cultural Fair on Friday, Oct. 23rd at 5pm in the Underwood gym!
We want to celebrate our cultures, backgrounds, and all the aspects that make us unique.
But we can't do it without you!
Please consider participating in these ways:
- Making/bringing food that represents your culture(s)
- Creating a display / staffing a table to highlight your culture

Join the Newton North High School 5K Fundraiser! - 5K will start and end at Newton North High School. Fun Run for kids 10 and under is one lap around the Newton North High School track.

🍸 What: appetizers, drinks, and a chance to get to know more of the Underwood Community.

The Principal’s Coffee (hosted by the PTO) is your chance to hear updates like these directly from Dr. Talukdar, ask questions in an informal setting, share feedback, and connect with other Underwood families.

📚 Curriculum Night – 09/17
**Please note that the evening is intended for adults only and childcare will not be available (i.e students should not attend).**
Classroom teachers will offer a presentation at the times listed below with grade levels staggered so that families with more than one child can attend presentations in each of their child's classroom.

6:00pm - 6:30pm Grades 2 & 3
6:30pm - 7:00pm Grades 4 & 5
7:00pm - 7:30pm Grades K & 1
6:20pm - 7:20pm: Specialists, Special Educators, Service Providers, ELL Teachers, and PTO in the gymnasium ("Stations" set up so families can find and speak with specialists about general information and questions)

You can sign up for one or more slots to be a piano pal and help to maintain our awesome new piano!
