Hello to all my past, present, and future students. I was surprised but my school showed a 5% increase in sales (tuition, students) in 2018 despite unsettling economic picture, competition from out of state and on-line schools, and other factors. Thanks to all of you for your loyalty to me and the Spencer School. I have been in business for 36 years because of your loyalty, in all the economic cycles--good times and bad, we have presevered and survived. I also want to take a moment of silence for my dear friend Harold Brown of The Hamilton Company and to his wife Maura, son Jameson, brother Ron and all his other relatives, friends, and employees. he will be missed! Also, a remembrance of others I have known who passed this past month--a difficult month for sure--the "Kissing Sailor of Times Square"--George Mendonza, the Rev. Haywood, Linda Plaut, and Alan R. Pearlman (ARP sysnthesizzers). May their memory be a blessing to us all! Rest in Peace!
