Butler’s School of Martial Arts is reopening!!!

KARATE KIDS

Kids Class will begin on September 6th

Ages: 5 - 12
Time: 5:00 - 6:00
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Dues: $65 per month per child

Class sizes will be limited

ADULT CLASSES

Adult Classes will also begin on September 6th

Ages: 13 and up
Time: 6:15 - 8:15
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Dues: $75 per month

Class sizes will be limited

There will be two optional classes per month every other Saturday from 9-11 A.M for all students.

If you are a returning student, you are not required to attend registration. Dues can be paid via venmo or by cash/check the first day of class. Please contact Master Butler to confirm you or your child’s return to class. If you are a NEW student, you are required to attend registration to fill out the necessary paperwork and pay your dues.

Hello Folks its that time of year once again. Summer is almost over and everyone is gearing up for school. Hope everyone had great summer!!!

Existing student registration will be Aug. 27th and 28th from 530-730 p.m. Bring Sept. dues with you at this time. Classes will begin Sept.4th at 430-530 for first class and 530-630 the second class on Tuesday and Wednesday's.

For new student registration sign ups will be on Sept. 4th and 5th from 430-630. New students will not have to pay at registration. We will have parents register child at the table, while your child works with the instructors and current students. A decision will be made. You will personally receive a call from me letting you know if your child is ready for Karate. If your child is ready for Karate they will start in the first class. That particular class is on Tuesday and Wednesday 430-530. Apon first class your first month dues will need to be paid.

Hey everyone! I'm a pretty busy guy, so I'm sorry for not posting much. I'll try and do better at that. We had a great year last year. I want to recognize McKinley and Zach for achieving their Blue belt and Spencer for his Orange belt. Job well done. I would like to congralute my Beginners kid's class for a great first year and look forward to seeing many of you back this year. For my upper ranking belts, I want to recognize Josh Johnson for achieving the rank of Brown belt and Craig Wearmouth for achieving the honorable Black belt. Your hard work definitely has paid off. And last but not least, Congralutions to Andrew Main and Craig Wearmouth for receiving the 'Spirit of the Dragon' award. This award is rarely given. These gentlemen have shown great dedication and loyalty to the art and I am honored to teach them.

Hello everyone! Its that time again!!! Kids sign up for Karate will be Sept.6th at 5:00 p.m. at the dojo.This year will be a little different. Last year we had a big turn out. We had 18 students overall, a very big class size. This year there might be two classes. This will depend on class enrollment. If kids class is to big we will be making two classes. The first class will be from 4:30-5:30 (beginners class) white and yellow belts only. The second class will be students that have had two years plus or orange belt and up. The time for this class will be from 5:30-6:30. Again this all depends on class size on Sept. 6th enrollment. If you have any questions feel free to call or message. My phone # 641-417-9033. Congratulations Andrew Main for achieving the rank of Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt), and Craig Wearmouth for achieving the rank of Red (1st Degree Brown Belt)!! Soke and I are very impressed with your technique in katas. You both are exceptional martial artists who have shown dedication, discipline and honor. Oss!!

Congrats to all my orange belts for doing an oustandng job on there Blue Belt Test!!!! You made your Instructors very very proud!!! Now this opens up Wednesday classes for each of you!!! Looking forward to seeing new faces in advanced class!!! Nice job everyone!!!
