Reminder!! Cookie dough expires September 15!!

Happy Monday! Just a reminder that I will be picking up your Girl Scout at Woodrow and taking her to my home please plan to pick your Girl Scout up at 5:15 p.m. at the Gast residence.
Mark your calendar for Thursday May 29 for our family invited Bridging Ceremony starting at 6 o'clock. It will be at the Gast residence. Wear BLUE. ;)

Just a reminder that we are needing this information. I have heard back from Missy and Denise so far.

Where has the time went? We only have 2 meetings left, May 12 & 19.

The end of the year events are right around the corner!

EVENT #1 - RSVP BY MAY 8th

WHO: Family, Girl Scout and 1 friend
WHAT: End of the Year Bridging and Dinner
WHEN: Thursday, May 29, 2014 6-9 PM
WHERE: Gast Residence at 315 W 11th St S
WHY: To bridge our girls to Cadettes and to celebrate all of their hard work and support from their families

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
# of adults attending:
# of children 18 and younger attending (this includes siblings, Girl Scout & Friend):
Total # of people attending:

DETAILS:
Theme: BLUE
Dress: Casual - Wear BLUE
Arrive at 6:00 PM
Dinner at 6:15 PM
Bridging Ceremony at 7:00 PM
Fun & Games at 7:45 PM

EVENT #2 - RSVP BY MAY 22nd

WHO: Family and Girl Scout
WHAT: Adventureland Day
WHEN: Wednesday, June 5th, 10 AM - 6 PM
WHERE: Adventureland, 305 34th Ave NW, Altoona, IA (Be at the gate at 10 am SHARP!!)
WHY: Because it will be FUN!!!

DETAILS:

Each person will receive the following:
1 park ticket per person
1 food coupon per person (Each food coupon is good for a hamburger or hot dog along with potato chips and a soft drink at several convenient locations throughout Adventureland Park)
$5 for games, souvenir, etc

We will reimburse for the $10 parking. Please provide Deana a parking receipt from that day.

Hello Girl Scout Family!

With all of the excitement going on at the school today, we will not be having a traditional Girl Scout Meeting.

So many of our girls are participating in the talent show try-outs. We will not have an actual meeting but watching the try-outs.

If you would like to pick up your scout, please feel free to. If they are not picked up, we will have them join us in the gym to watch try-outs.

Reminder that meetings end at 5:15 PM.
