SCCC is joining Sussex County in collecting comfort and hygiene items for Veterans in need. 💙
Donations support dignity and everyday well-being for those who have served. Drop off items at the Veterans Office, Student Center (D110b) by February 13.
Items being collected include:
Personal care essentials (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste/toothbrushes) 🧼
Comfort items (blankets, towels, socks, and washcloths) 🧦

Sussex County Community College held a special Veterans’ Luncheon and ceremonial cake cutting to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. The event brought together students, faculty, staff, and local veterans to honor the Marine Corps’ proud history and recognize the service and dedication of those who have served our country.

The SCCC Canvas site is currently unavailable due to an issue with their system. This outage is not related to the College’s J1 transition to new software, but rather the result of an Amazon Worldwide Service disruption. SCCC will send out an alert when the issue is resolved.
