The Ballet Barre

We are excited to announce that Miss Heather is now an American Ballet Theatre Certified Teacher. She completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive this summer, and has been certified to teach Pre-Primary through Level 3. The American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum is a breakthrough program that combines high-quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. The ABT National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.

What a wonderful Disney Dance Camp we had last week! 💕 Our youngest dancers were so busy having a great time, they don’t even realize how much progress they made! We danced and crafted our little hearts out!!

Congratulations to all of our wonderful dancers, on our 40th Anniversary Recital! We are honored to be celebrating 40 years, and appreciate all of the love and support we've received from the fine people of Sussex County, over the last four decades. More recital photos to come!

A fantastic night of Master Classes with professional dancers Courtney Nitting and Gabriel Lorena of Kansas City Ballet. Gabe’s Jazz class could not have been any more fun!! His energy and passion are contagious, and he had so much knowledge to share. We’re hoping this isn’t the last time we get to work with him!

And as always, we love Courtney with all of our heart. Her Christmas themed ballet class was a blast, and she’s such a phenomenal teacher, you can see the girls progress right before your very eyes. We are so blessed.
