As we approach the end of this school year, a little throwback to last year’s graduation and year-end celebration 🎓
You can see the joy, pride, and beaming smiles on their faces as so many big milestones were reached and our children took their next steps. It’s always special to look back and reflect on these moments and all that we’ve celebrated together.
We definitely miss them and carry these memories with us💙

It was a beautiful day to kick off our gardening season at JCP!
We were excited to welcome a special guest who guided the children through the planting process. He encouraged their curiosity, shared interesting facts about gardening, and helped them learn what plants need to grow and thrive.
The children explored a variety of seeds and seedlings and worked together to plant a variety of herbs, fruits, and vegetables, including basil, mint, strawberries, tomatoes, and more. They carefully filled pots with soil, planted, watered, and learned about the important role that sunshine and water play in helping plants grow.
Now comes the exciting part! Over the coming weeks, we will care for our garden and watch it grow. We can’t wait to see what sprouts, blooms, and grows in the weeks ahead. 🌱🌿🍓🍅

Who is that? It’s me! 🧩
The children explored self-portraiture in a unique way, reconstructing photographs of themselves piece by piece. As they worked, they observed details, made connections, and thoughtfully brought their images back together.
This experience invited children to look closely at themselves, fostering self-awareness, confidence, and a sense of identity. Not every portrait ended up looking exactly like the original photo, as some pieces found their way into unexpected places, but that was all part of the fun, discovery, and learning process. The smiles as they recognized their creations said it all.

Today the children visited the synagogue for a special up-close look at the Torah. ✨
Rabbi Prus gave each child a personal opportunity to see the Torah closely, sparking wonder, excitement, and pride. Surrounded by the beautiful Torahs, the children sang, explored, and connected to something so precious and deeply part of our heritage.
These are the moments that help nurture and strengthen the connection between our children and the Jewish legacy they will carry forward.
Wishing you all a meaningful and joyful Shavuot!
Chag Sameach! 🌸
