請問一下有沒有人可以推薦怎麼樣用或是料理？這種非常辣的辣椒呢？我今年種的這一顆結了差不多40個小辣椒！這種事那種超級辣的 habanero-type！真的不想浪費他們.如果你們有什麼好的想法或是簡單的食譜請分享！ 這種辣椒比朝天椒要辣至少五倍… 😵‍💫! 謝謝你們的推薦！

Can anybody help me out? I grew these 'Velociraptor' habanero-type chili peppers but never usually cook with peppers this spicy... (Scoville 150,000-220,000)! Jalapeños are usually 2,000-8,000.

Any recipes or easy suggestions on how to use these or preserve them? Thank you, cuz I don't want them to go to waste!

I’m honored to be invited to serve as a judge for the finals of the “2025 Sesame Oil Cooking Competition” hosted by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taipei this year!
