✨ That's a wrap on our 93rd year at SCNS!
Today we celebrated friendships, learning, laughter, and so many special memories made throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of all our children and the growth we've witnessed, from first days filled with uncertainty to confident, curious learners ready for their next adventure.
To our graduates, we wish you all the best as you head off to kindergarten. To our returning friends, we can't wait to see you again soon!

So much learning at SCNS! This week, we explored volcanoes and bees, supported our local food pantry through donations, and learned about George O’Keefe and the important role of the post office in our community. Learning is everywhere when curiosity leads the way! ❤️📚🐝🌋📬

From Farm Day to releasing butterflies, to Silly Sock Day, our new take-out window, and so much more! It’s always a good time at SCNS! 🦋🧦🐥☀️

🎭 Pumpernickel Puppets came to visit us today!
It was such a fun and magical day at SCNS! The children, parents and teachers absolutely loved the stories, characters, and laughter they brought. A wonderful visit full of joy and imagination!

Last week we had the sweetest visitors! Our favorite Barn Babies came to SCNS! 🐣🐰🐑
The children were so excited to meet and gently interact with the animals, ask questions, and learn up close about these barn babies in such a fun, hands-on way. There were smiles, giggles, and lots of careful petting all around. 🐣🐐🐷🐱

This week we celebrated the creativity of our Teddy Bear 🧸 and Panda 🐼 classes at their wonderful art exhibits!
From Picasso to Monet, Matisse to Kintsugi, and many more inspirations, the children explored a wide range of artistic styles and ideas. Art is such an important part of early childhood,it helps children express themselves, build confidence, and let their creativity shine. We are so proud of their beautiful work! 🎨✨

Our Koala Explorers (4-year-olds) are so excited about the Artemis 2 program! We’ve been busy building a rocket, exploring space, and dreaming about becoming future astronauts.

For our youngest learners at SCNS,
Playing with friends, exploring new things, and trying simple experiments are all part of the day. Little hands make big discoveries, and every moment is filled with learning, laughter, and so much fun!
