Oregon Marine Scientist and Educator Alliance: Today we celebrated researcher-educator teams who have been working together over this school year. Each team built a learning unit around the researcher’s marine science phenomenon to bring marine and coastal data, through STEAM lessons, to their students. To see earlier units, visit the Oregon Sea Grant Curriculum website: https://seagrant.oregonstate.edu/curriculum. Deep gratitude to OSU’s NSF Regional Class Research Vessel Project for funding this impactful K-12 project.
