Thank you to Newport Area Chamber Of Commerce and all of the wonderful families, friends, and community members who joined us last night! It was truly magical to see our school filled with laughter, conversation, and connection. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and support this community has already shown us, and we are ready and excited for our new chapter to begin - the first day of school on Monday! 🥳

Our playground fence is going up quickly, thanks to hard work from Ultimate Fence Company LLC! We can’t wait to see our students playing, learning, and making friends in this beautiful space very soon.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Cornerstone!

Our classroom teachers have been busy with in-service days - unpacking curriculum, planning for the year ahead, setting up classrooms, and working together to prepare for our students.

Boxes are being opened, materials are finding their homes, lessons are taking shape, and our classrooms are coming to life. Every day, another piece falls into place as we get ready to welcome our students for the very first time.

The energy in the building is incredible, and the excitement is growing as opening day gets closer!
