Mouse Factory Cooperative Preschool

Mouse Factory Cooperative Preschool Newport Mouse Factory Cooperative Preschool is a play-based program for ages 3–5, where children learn through exploration, creativity, and connection.

Families and teachers partner to support each child’s growth in a nurturing community. Mouse Factory is unique in that it is the ONLY cooperative preschool in the Newport area. Co-ops are parent-run, low cost and family centered preschools. Mouse Factory actively involves parents in its daily programs, and allows them to participate in their children's first educational experiences away from home.

Counting and number sense - Counting & matching!
Subitizing - seeing dot patterns on the dice and recognizing numbers without necessarily needing to count 1 by 1.
Number recognition - connecting a visual with the actual numerical sign.
Fine motor skills - continuing to develop critical skills through rolling the dice, holding a pen, and working with their hands!
