‼️UPDATE: We received an ALL CLEAR for the tornado warning so all bus students are departing from their location in the district at this time. Please make sure you are home watching for the bus. All busses are in route and all students are safe! We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we safely transport your children home! Thank you bus drivers and school staff for keeping the children calm and safe during an untimely storm. Keeping our Bears safe is TOP priority always!💙🐻💛

Attention all bus student families,

All busses for Jefferson Schools have pulled into the nearest Jefferson School and unloaded students into the school for safety due to the tornado warning. We wanted all students and bus drivers off the roads. We will report back out when we receive an all clear.

🐻💙Welcome Back Team! 💛🐻

There is nothing quite like the excitement of a new school year! ✏️📚✨ Today, Ms. Rosecrans and Miss Windels had the sweetest time stopping by classrooms to welcome back our incredible teaching staff and intervention team with a little gift to help kick off their school year! 🌻✏️

We made it extra special with beautiful flowers grown by Ms. Rosecrans! 🌻 What a thoughtful way to share a little sunshine and remind our staff just how much they are appreciated. 💛

We are SO lucky to have such caring, dedicated, and amazing teachers who pour their hearts into our students each and every day. 🥰 Our school family truly wouldn’t be the same without them!

This is just the beginning! 🎉 Over the coming weeks, we’ll be celebrating and recognizing even more of the incredible staff members who make our school community so special.

Here’s to a fantastic school year filled with learning, laughter, and lots of Bear Pride! 🐻💛

Good afternoon! Thank you to our students, teachers, staff, and families for a great first day of school.

A few reminders to start the year:

~ Parent pick-up signs were handed out at Open House or today during homeroom. These papers have four sections with your student's first and last name and the Jefferson Bear Logo. These need to be displayed in the window during parent pick-up. If you do not have this paper, please call the front office.

~ Please do not use residential or private driveways to turn around. Be courteous and kind to our amazing North neighbors.

~ Pull your car tight and to the right while waiting in the parking lot. Students need to be loading and unloading on the passenger side.

~ Please kindly leave pets at home to ensure safety for pets and staff.

✨ Welcome Back, North Families! ✨

It was AMAZING to see so many of our North Elementary families at Open House! Thank you so much for spending your evening with us! Our students had so much fun completing the passport activity and exploring all that North has to offer! 🗺️✨

A huge thank you to Deputy Senio and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department for bringing the ice cream truck! 🍦🚓 What a sweet surprise and such a fun way to celebrate the start of a new school year!

A special thank you to our amazing Parent Club for making popcorn and hosting a great table, the Jefferson Rec Center for joining us with their table, and Cub Scout Pack 597 for their amazing table and activities! We are so lucky to have you all as part of our North Family! 💙💛🐻

Thank you to our teachers and staff for a great event! It was so wonderful to see everyone, and we are so excited for the year ahead! We can’t wait for an amazing first day of school on September 2! 📚✏️✨

We are excited to welcome all of our amazing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade Bears and their families tomorrow! 🐻✨

She spent her time exploring new places and cities, going on adventures, and of course enjoying plenty of time to relax! 🗺️✨😎

After a summer full of fun, Blu is ready to get back to school and see all of her kids! She has missed the halls, the excitement, and all of the students who make school such a special place. Blu can’t wait to see everyone back at school and hear all about their summer adventures! 🐾📚✨

Please help us welcome Ms. Radford to our school community! Ms. Radford is a proud mom of four amazing kids. When she isn’t teaching, you can usually find her cheering her children on at their many sports and activities. 🏈⚽️🏀

She loves football (the Buffalo Bills are her team! ❤️💙), running, working out, and coaching sports. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family and making special memories together. 🥰

Ms. Radford is passionate about teaching and helping students grow, learn, and become confident in themselves. 📚✨

Class Dojo ~ Our New School Communication Tool🐻💛💙

Good morning, North Families!

This year we are transitioning to Class Dojo. Class Dojo will replace Bloomz for our North school communication tool. Infinite Campus will still be used for attendance, grades, and communication, the same as last school year.

We are excited for this change as Dojo offers more for our Bears! Increasing our opportunities for school-wide celebrations, best class at lunches, PBIS points, and more!

During Open House, you will be able to join your student's specific classroom for this school year! For now, we invite you to join our North Elementary schoolwide profile. We look forward to this positive change.
