We sent Ari Hammond back into the world with a sharktank tonight. We finished up week 3 of the Leg map system and said goodbye to our new pal as he goes off to college.

The things you'll learn in 1 month of training will set you apart from most people. Give us 5 years and you can be a Jiu Jitsu champion. It's not guaranteed, unless you really want it, then it is guaranteed, you just gotta put in the work.

We're a community of people who aren't afraid to test ourselves, we like the struggle. It's humbling and empowering. We sweat and sometimes bleed for each other. We're not all best friends, we go our separate ways at the end of the day. Sometimes though, we do find our best friends in here. People that we connect with, who understand us more than anyone else. People that enjoy what we do, or even oppose it, but they challenge us and we become better for it. Personal growth is what it's all about. Egos need to be tamed and respect needs to be earned. That all happens with a good team.
