There’s nothing better than Pot Roast to warm your bones. This is another one of Chef Mark’s specialties and is sure to fill you. You won’t be disappointed when you see this dish with its slices of tender pot roast, potatoes and carrots with a smooth beefy gravy.
Chef Mark has a new entrée that he has never prepared for us. His Creamy Garlic Tortellini has pan-fried chicken pieces and broccoli. You’ll be asking for extra bread to soak up the leftover sauce at the bottom of the bowl.
For all the fish loving customers, Chef Mark is also trying another new entrée. How could you not resist Garlic Parmesan Flounder? The flounder in this dish is baked to give the fish a nice crust and topped with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Yum yum.
Lastly, we always have our Prime Rib which is a go-to for many.
