The student owners of the Cougar Cafe decided to go out with a bang today. For breakfast, today we had the pleasure of serving our Signature Shrimp and Cheese Grits with Fresh Scrambled Eggs. And for lunch we served our World Famous Shrimp Etouffee. What a great day and an Amazing School year. .cte

And what a blessing it was to finish up the week the right way. Tonight the Cougar Cafe had the pleasure and honor of catering Coach Stouffer‘s last art show of his career. We served everything that he wanted Sweet bacon Crostini‘s Teriyaki and Pineapple Meatballs, Italian Herb Pig n Blankets, and Chocolate & Caramel Pretzels. Coach Stouffer thank you for all your love and support of the Cougar Cafe. .cte

What an extremely busy, productive and amazing day. The Cougar Café had the honor of catering the FFA banquet tonight. Where we featured our Firecracker Chicken our Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese, our Seasoned California Veggies, our World Famous Honey Butter Rolls and our Cherry Cheesecake. Today was great NOT perfect but we learning we got better. Today for breakfast we served Silver Dollar Pancakes with a choice of protein, either Sausage or Bacon choice of toppings, Banana Fosters, Syrup or Butter Syrup. And for lunch, we offered our Deep Fried Chicken, California Vegetables and Hand Cut Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Fresh Baked Cornbread. Thank you for your support this year. .cte

Our Culinary Arts program and our Agricultural Program were able to collaborate to make Fresh Pesto and Pasta. We are so thankful for Mrs. Rabczak and Coach Reese for working together to provide a great experience. .cte
