📝 TOO MUCH NOISE? (Definitely the wkd was celebrating the 4th of July!!!!!)

Sometimes the problem isn't that we don't know the answer...

It's that we can't hear it.

Our days are filled with notifications, opinions, responsibilities, conversations, and endless things competing for our attention.

Eventually, all that external noise becomes internal noise.

Our minds race.
We overthink.
We second-guess ourselves.

And we begin believing we've lost our clarity.

But maybe you haven't lost it at all.

Maybe it's simply waiting beneath the noise.

One of the reasons I love journaling so much is because the pen slows everything down.

It gives your thoughts somewhere to land.

It quiets the mental chatter.

And it creates space for your own inner wisdom to finally speak.
