Cutie Curls is conveniently located in the Long Wharf Mall in Newport Rhode Island. Cutie Curls Boutique offers locally hand made one of a kind gifts and accessories. Art Classes are held daily for adults and children. You can also reserve the studio for private classes and parties. We also run yearly fun events that will be announced on this page and our website. Parking is very convenient with two lots near us and we can validate.
