A New Chapter for Early Learning 101 ☀️

After so many wonderful years, it’s time for me to officially say goodbye to Early Learning 101 Preschool and welcome a new chapter for the school.

I’m so excited to announce that the school has a new owner, Eran, and will now be operating under its new name, Brave Hearts Early Learning.

Lisa and Zoey will continue on with the school, which makes me so happy knowing that familiar faces will still be there to care for the children and families who have supported us over the years.

Early Learning 101 has meant so much to me. I’ve poured so much love, time, and dedication into this little school, and leaving is definitely bittersweet. But I’m incredibly grateful for every child, family, teacher, and memory that has been a part of this journey.

I’m excited to watch Brave Hearts Early Learning grow and continue serving the community. Please follow their new page, share their posts, and help support them as they begin this new chapter!

☀️ Hiring! Preschool Director ☀️

The new owners are looking to hire a Director to join their team! ❤️

This is a part-time position with approximately 14.5 hours per week.

The Director must be at least 21 years old and meet one of the qualifying options under Oregon’s Director requirements, which include:
• Being at least a Step 9 in the Oregon Registry/MyORO
• Qualifying through previous experience as a provider in a Certified Family Child Care
• Meeting the education, training, and management/child development experience requirements

An active CBR is also required.

They are hoping to fill this position within the next couple of weeks, so if you or someone you know may be interested, please reach out!

A Bittersweet Goodbye to Early Learning 101 💛

After four incredible years, I have some very bittersweet news to share. At the end of this month, I’ll be moving out of state and beginning a brand-new chapter in my life.

Four years ago, I opened Early Learning 101 Preschool with a dream of creating a safe, loving, and fun place for children to learn, grow, make friends, and simply be themselves. What started as a dream became so much more than I ever could have imagined.

I’ve been incredibly blessed to serve our community and to be a small part of so many children’s early years. I’ve watched kiddos grow, learn, overcome challenges, make friendships, and become the amazing little kiddos over the years. I’ve also had the privilege of getting to know so many wonderful families and create memories that I will carry with me forever!

To every family who trusted me with your children, supported my business, recommended us to others, encouraged me, or simply believed in me and what I was creating, thank you! From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Early Learning 101 would not have been what it was without all of you!

While I’m sad to close this chapter of my life, I’m also incredibly excited for what comes next. The good news is that the doors will not be closing! New owners will be taking over the preschool and rebranding the business as they begin their own journey. I’m excited to see them continue providing a place where children can learn, play, grow, and make memories.

Saying goodbye to something that has been such a huge part of my life for the past four years is not easy. But I’m choosing to be thankful for every child, every family, every hug, every laugh, every milestone, and every memory along the way!

Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to be a part of your families lives. I will forever be grateful for the community that helped make Early Learning 101 what it became!

Here’s to four amazing years, so many beautiful memories, and an exciting new chapter ahead!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week 💛

Today we’re celebrating our amazing team! I feel so grateful every single day to be surrounded by such kind, dedicated, and hardworking women who truly pour their hearts into our school.

The love, patience, and care we all share for our students is what makes our environment so special. Watching the way these teachers connect with the kids, support them, and help them grow reminds me why I love what I do.

I’m so proud of the team we’ve built and the space we’ve created together. Our students are so lucky, and honestly… so am I. Thank you for everything you guys do, we couldn’t do this without each other. 💛

We took advantage of this beautiful sunshine today and walked over to the Frank Wade baseball field! ☀️⚾️

The kiddos had so much fun running around, getting fresh air, and enjoying the outdoors together. Days like this are the best! 😊
