We had such a fun and energizing time with Trinity from the Golden Hearts Club! She brought amazing energy as she led our residents through a lively Zumba class that had everyone moving, smiling, and feeling great.

It's wonderful to see so much participation and joy. Thank you, Trinity, for getting us up, active, and having a blast - we can't wait to do it again!
