The Hampton Roads Kendo Club was created in order to reach the community of the Newport News and Hampton area. We started classes on May 30, 2007 and since then we have been growing rapidly. Kendo is a martial arts which not only trains our bodies but our minds as well. It is a sport which requires discipline, and it teaches respect. We hope this will be a great opportunity to meet new people and no have a great time. Hampton Roads Kendo clubs are Member of " South Eastern US Kendo Federation".
