Hundreds of attendees joined us at Christopher Newport University’s Freeman Center for a fantastic NNPS/CNU STEM Community Day on Saturday. 🚀 Students, educators, university faculty and industry partners explored hands-on STEM learning and real-world career pathways.

Alumnus Lt. Gen. James M. Smith ‘92 has officially assumed command of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM).
In this critical role, he leads a team of 50,000+ personnel to support the infrastructure, safety, and well-being of soldiers and families across 104 military installations worldwide.
Lt. Gen. Smith credits his foundational leadership to his time as a Captain: "The commitment to community service that was instilled in me at Christopher Newport has continued to guide my career."
We are incredibly proud to see our Captains for Life leading with honor on the world stage.
