Next, this Thursday at 6:30 we will continue our Building Your Own Business series with the Manage... Lead... Culture session. Here we will discuss the importance of establishing and instilling a culture that is synonymous with you and your company. This can make or break growth potential and longevity of your company. We will focus on how these can effect the bottom line, and how lack of initiative on your end only leads to a culture you allow not one you set.

Lastly, on Saturday we will have a Panel Discussion and Break out session on Active Leadership featuring local entrepreneurs like Tim Jones, Founder Eternal Works and Mike Kuhns, President/CEO Va Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. They will be discussing how to manage people, growth, and yourself as an entrepreneur/business leader. You will not want to miss this opportunity. Also we will have time for guidance on business plans, business ideas/concepts, and leadership. If you would like to submit a question for the panel email me at [email protected].
