📢Red Dot Foundation, in collaboration with Democracy Week, is thrilled to announce our Writing Campaign 🚀. We've partnered with Victoria Sanford's thought-provoking book, "Textures of Terror: The Murder of Claudina Isabel Velasquez and Her Father's Quest for Justice."
🌟 Theme: Voices for Gender and Democracy 🗣️
This campaign is all about giving YOU, talented young writers from across the globe, a platform to express your thoughts on democracy, violence, and gender. We draw inspiration from "Textures of Terror," where Claudina Isabel Velasquez's gripping story unfolds, fueling our quest to uncover the intricate connections between gender-based violence and democracy.
💡 Your Voice Matters! ✍️
We invite you to share your insights by submitting an essay focusing on one of the prompts provided in the attached instructions PDF. These prompts help you explore specific aspects of the issue, giving us a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by communities worldwide.
Your words have the power to shape the future of democracy! 🌍 Together, let's champion democracy, confront violence, and promote gender equality.
