I just got word! The kids class will officially start October 1st at the Courthouse Rd Community Center 14302 Old Courthouse Way Newport News, VA 23608. Mon & Wed are 3-6 yr olds. Tues & Thurs are 7-10 yr olds. All classes are from 530PM-615PM and are $100 per month. For those interested the link below is to sign up. I appreciate the support!

Went to the Kuo Shu tournament and won big! 1st in point sparring and 3rd in limited step push hands (basically kung fu sumo, lol). Darien McCrae also won 4th in his point sparring, and improved on his forms from last year. congrats to him as well! It was a qualifying year for full contact Fighting to go to the world tournament in brazil. so there were way more competitors this year!

Eli Francis is having his black belt test! Any martial artists want to come out and support? May be asked to spar 💪😁 the test will be on April 7th at 11am in Newport news Park on the stage. The more martial artists the better!
