Jan Carson, the award-winning novelist from Belfast, Northern Ireland, is coming to CNU on Thursday (11/30) from 6pm-7:30pm! She will be speaking about the particularities of writing in a post-conflict society, specifically Northern Ireland. This event will be held in McMurran Hall 101.

Dr. Ivan Rodden held a developmental reading of his play "FSB* *Famous Singer Boyfriend" with long-time collaborator Sophia Eleni and others at the Old Red Lion Theatre Pub in London. The play was partly inspired by his students in the Fall 2022 section of Fiction Writing!

Congratulations to the English Department team the CNU Speed Readers for completing the Noland 50K Relay this past Saturday! They placed 15th out of 75 teams, proving that CNU English faculty can both read AND run fast.
