The Center director is responsible for the daily operations of a daycare center. They ensure a safe and educational environment for young children, manage teaching staff, implement curriculum in coordination with teachers, communicate with parents, and uphold the center’s reputation.

Candidate must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks in an early childhood environment with a high level of professionalism. This position involves managing all aspects of the center including day-to-day operations and recruiting and training. The Director is energetic, personable and anticipate needs as they arise. They assist where needed and are happy working alongside staff to ensure the center is providing the best quality service possible and meeting state standards.

*Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent
