CNU Advanced Museum Studies 2023

This morning, our project managers and two of our curators were on a live radio show talking about the exhibit. Thank you Louie for having us!

The Advanced Museum Studies Class of 2023 welcomes you to "Nurturing the Soul: Piety and Play." The exhibit will officially open today at 12PM and will remain open until the end of 2023. We hope you enjoy it!

"Nurturing the Soul: Piety and Play" opens tomorrow, April 14th! From 12-6PM, our curators will be stationed at the exhibit. Come see their amazing work!

Meet the Marketing and Public Relations team (aka the people running this account!!): Phoebe, Jules, and Allison! They are in charge of creating a marketing plan for our exhibit. As part of that, they create all the graphics for our class and created and maintained social media accounts for our exhibit.

Meet our Project Managers: Cassie and Mace! Our project managers have been working with us since the beginning of the semester, helping us create our exhibition. Thank you Project Managers for all your help this semester!!

This week we interviewed Nicole, our exhibit conservator! Nicole has been doing amazing restoration on a horse velocipede. Make sure to come to our exhibit next week to check out her amazing work!

Meet the installation team: Alex, David, and Elle! The installation team has been hard at work installing the artifacts into the exhibit space. They also work with the design team on where each item should go.

Only two weeks until our exhibit opens! Today, Mitchell and Sara hung up the lettering for the entrance to our exhibit!

Meet the Copyediting team: Emma, Madeline, and Mia! The copyeditors are in charge of reading and editing our class's shelf labels and our artifact essays to make sure they are perfect before they go into our exhibit!

Our installation team was hard at work on Tuesday loading in the artifacts and starting to prepare our shelf labels. Only three weeks until the exhibit opens!
