CNU CrossFitness Club

It’s our first Sunday WOD today!!! See y’all in the Freeman Gym at noon!!☀️

Today’s WOD was a 15 minute AMRAP of 15 thrusters, 15 sit-ups, and 15 push ups. It makes for a really fun workout! Let us know if you get a chance to do the wod if you couldn’t make it to today’s practice 💪🏻

We are back in our regular space this week! See you all at 6:30pm in the Freeman gym MPR 1 !

The CrossFit Open is starting February 22nd! The Open is five weeks where workouts are released weekly for the global CrossFit community to complete. The CrossFitness Club is teaming up with Oyster Point CrossFit to take students to the CrossFit gym on Friday afternoons/evenings to participate in the Open! Participants would be placed on teams to complete individual workouts as a group. Each team is assigned a color and T-Shirts. This event is open to all skill and experience-levels, even if you have never worked with the CrossFitness Club before. It's a great way to connect with the community and have some fun!

Workouts this week are NOT in the MPR! Instead, meet at the front of the gym (lobby area). We'll be doing a cardio session today and a lifting session Wednesday. See y'all then!!
