Dear BASI Community and Friends,

I was out paddleboarding yesterday morning; the last day of 2025, the last paddle of 2025, the last wave of 2025. The ocean was calm, the sky an unusual hue, the silence deafening like a blanket had descended over the world. It was a moment to pause, recognize and acknowledge the passing of time.

I love moments in life that encourage us to take stock of our lives. I could not feel more grateful and blessed for our community. We are a community that is bound together by far more than our love of Pilates and our devotion to the practice of Pilates. We are a community that is sowing seeds of positivity around the world and shining a bright light on the importance of wellbeing.

As we enter 2026 this is more important than ever; personal wellbeing, the wellbeing of our communities, and the wellbeing of the planet. As we cross over the threshold of time from 2025 to 2026 I wish you all, my dear friends, a year filled with good health, an abundance of joy, and world peace.
