https://bit.ly/3JDT9H2 Together we choose the right program to help you achieve your goals. Every month we have a scheduled "Check Up" appointment to review how we are progressing as a team. If you are in training in person, you'l

l sit down with Spencer and have a conversation. If you're out of town, he does it either as a video or audio call. In between check-ups, Spencer has work to do besides just training- you will keep a journal and develop a To-do list. The journal will track our agreements and decisions. If you're playing on a team, we will keep in touch pre & post-game. On days that we're training together, you're keeping track of the feedback Spencer has given you during the session in a post-session writing assignment. Spencer genuinely cares about his athletes. He is an advocate, a coach, a sounding board, a mentor, someone to support you, someone to set you straight, consistently.
