We are SO excited to celebrate Elisa on officially completing her Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Precision Pilates Training! 👏🤍

Becoming a certified instructor takes so much more than simply learning a series of exercises — and Elisa put in the work!

She completed her coursework, finished all of her required training and teaching hours, and successfully passed BOTH her written and practical exams. 💪✨

Throughout the program, Elisa continued to grow in her understanding of anatomy, movement, proper form, modifications, cueing, class design, and — most importantly — how to confidently and safely teach the person in front of her.
