I'm grateful to give back during this difficult season for so many.

It's not always food for the body people seek during the holidays. Sometimes, it's about the spiritual food you gain from a kind word of validation, genuine love, and character filled kindness and sustains us.

Hold space for someone in need. You never know the impact you can make in their lives. 💯

🤗This beautiful brand new mama was feeling down and out about her decision to have her baby.

I could tell she needed some validation and support about dealing with her past and her childhood. I was so blessed to be able to support this mama and hold space for her while she grieved some of her experiences that no child should ever have to endure.

After having a great one-on-one session with me, she was able to see her value and her worth beyond what has happened to her. I have her free copies of my books to support a shift in her mindset so that when I'm gone, she can continue to do the work of healing.

It brings me so much joy to give life coaching and practical advice to women who are discarded and ignored by the larger parts of society.

I am so grateful for each and every experience I have with Precious Life Shelter and its residents. I will continue to do this work because I have great empathy for these women and a calling on my life to always be a champion for the least of these.

🤗I had the honor and privilege of teaching life skills at one of my favorite places to go every month: Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos, California.

I truly enjoy validating and inspiring these women to become the women that they desire to be.

Their stories are heart-wrenching, but it's amazing to see what happens when you motivate a woman into seeing herself how God sees her. 🤩

We had a great session today! I gave the ladies a free copy of my book, and we wrote down our immediate and long-term goals. One of my ladies from last month had her baby. In spite of her situation, her baby is healthy and thriving. I am so happy to be a part of her growth process. 🥰

I pray that no matter where you are in your life and what your situation is, that you find a way to give back to your community towards a cause that is important to you. I have found my cause, and I am grateful to be a champion of healing a woman, thus healing an entire community. 🙏🏾✨️❤️

I've been volunteering at Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos for 7+ years and Mrs. Audrey, program director, has been there every step of the way. She is officially retiring, and I will certainly miss her fun personality and amazing encouragement.

It's always a pleasure to meet the women living in this transitional shelter and provide them with education, gifts, kindness, and validation. I thank God for this output of my gifts. It blesses my life in ways I can not explain.

Volunteer. Help those that need you more than you know. Be a blessing to someone who can't do a thing for you. I promise you will get more out of it than you think.

It's always a pleasure going to Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos to speak life into the ladies who need it the most.

I love Christmas time especially because I show up with gifts and my books to bless the ladies with knowledge and pampering!

They deserve it and so much more for all they have been through, but more importantly where they want to go to improve their lives and make things better for themselves and their children.

I am blessed to have the opportunity to bless others.

Sharing love with deserving women who want to heal. ❤🙏🏾

One of my most favorite places to volunteer my time, talent and resources is at Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos, CA.

The woman at this Shelter are homeless, pregnant or just had their baby. They are trying to make their lives better one day at a time.

I was scheduled to teach my monthly class when I received a call that my class of 20 was only going to be 1 girl that was a 'trouble maker' and if I didn't want to come, I could reschedule. I choose to come and pour all of my energy into that young women.

She was hurt. She was lost. She needed to be seen, validated and heard. She talked. I listened. We interacted for almost 2 hours. She walked away with hope, a smile and a plan.

I am grateful I was able to show up for her. I pray she will be more inclined to show up for herself and her baby knowing that someone cares.

This is why I volunteer. 😊
