We just got done Catering This wedding on Saturday. The live band that they hired was incredible, they played a lot of 70s and 80s music! I love these type of weddings!

This morning I was re-organizing my photo gallery, and I came across this pic. It brought back a lot of memories! The year was 1980, I had only been in Southern California for two months and I was working at the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa California. I was hired as their banquet chef. The other Chef in the picture with me his name was Larry , He was the executive sous chef at the hotel, my boss! I stayed there for two years, and moved on to the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach as the executive pastry chef. How the years have gone by, I can’t believe how young I was back then, lol!
