As our season ended today at the State Championships, we are very thankful we even had the chance to have a season. Thank you to our great seniors that have sacrificed and given a lot to Northgate Wrestling! As we sat and watched the state finals, our kids were already talking about getting better and wanting to be on that stage next year. Time to go to work!!

Northgate took third at the Region 2-5A Traditional Tournament on Saturday at Harris County while qualifying nine wrestlers for this week's GHSA State Tournament.

The Vikings push 8 guys on to the state tournament next week and our one female will be wrestling In the girl’s tournament! Congrats to Isabella Little, Garrett Cathey, Matthew Hankinson, Cj Strahler, Ty White, Bryson Longo, Matthew Curtis, David Jaminez, and Carson Coghlan!

The Region 2 AAAAA tournament is tomorrow at Harris County High School. Looking forward to seeing how many Vikings lock into the state tournament next week!!!
