FREE Women’s Self-Defense Class — NEWNAN, GA 🥋

After the overwhelming response to our last class, we’re doing it again, this time in Newnan.

This isn’t about learning flashy moves or trying to overpower someone.

It’s about awareness, confidence, and knowing what to do when something goes wrong.

We’ll work through simple, practical self-defense techniques designed for real-world situations, regardless of your experience or fitness level.
