One of our favorite Evans traditions is returning for the 2026–2027 school year!

Last year, positive message signs lined our campus and served as daily reminders to our students that they are loved, valued, and capable of amazing things. These signs made a tremendous impact and remained up all year long.

We’re inviting families, businesses, churches, and community organizations to help us do it again! Create and donate a sign filled with encouragement, inspiration, and positivity for our Evans Cougars.

📣 Welcome to Evans Middle School, Mr. Justin Dukes! 🐾💙💛

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Justin Dukes to the Evans Middle School family as our new 8th Grade Math Teacher!

Mr. Dukes brings eight years of educational experience, including the past three years at Newnan High School. He began his career in middle school and is excited to return to his middle school roots as a Cougar.

A graduate of Valdosta State University, Mr. Dukes is passionate about helping students build confidence in themselves and in mathematics. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation of student success and is committed to creating a classroom where students feel valued, supported, and challenged each day.

When he is not teaching, Mr. Dukes enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding ways to support students both inside and outside the classroom.

We are excited to have Mr. Dukes join our team and look forward to the positive impact he will make on our students and school community.

Please join us in giving a warm Cougar welcome to Amber Sambdman, who is joining the Evans Middle School team!

Mrs. Sambdman brings 20 years of experience in education, all within our local community. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and helping every child reach their full potential.

Mrs. Sambdman and her husband, Tom, have two sons, Gordon and Autrey. Their family enjoys spending time at the baseball field, cheering on the Braves and Georgia Tech, traveling together, and making memories with their dogs, Hank and Ruth.

We are excited for the knowledge, experience, and heart Mrs. Sambdman will bring to our school community. We know she will make a tremendous impact on our students and families.

ELEVATE Coweta Students is proud to support BTG Community Outreach's Free Summer Lunch Program! This incredible initiative ensures that our students and families have access to nutritious meals throughout the summer months when school meals aren't available.

From May 26th through July 31st, BTG Community Outreach will be serving free lunches at multiple locations across our community, including Ruth Hill Elementary School and other convenient spots throughout Coweta County.
