TOSCA is so proud to have celebrated our 33rd year of awarding scholarships to graduates of the Newman-Crows Landing Unified School District. Because of our incredible donors and supporters, we have awarded $3,931,140.00 to over 3,000 deserving students since our inception. TOSCA is proud to be named as a memorial contribution in honor of Coach Harold Canter. He was a long time teacher, coach, mentor and friend to many of the students who passed through the doors of Yolo Middle School and Orestimba High School. Coach made Newman his home for 63 years and was proud to be a part of the community.
