This past Sunday, we shared a day that was truly bittersweet as we celebrated 7 years of the LifeWay Learning Center. It wasn't just childcare; it was a Family. We looked back at the incredible miracle of how this place began, literally closing on the building the day before the bank auction to keep teachers employed and kids cared for. Thank you to every teacher, staff member, and family who walked with us. For seven years, you helped us invest in "future world changers," and those seeds of love are not wasted.
We acknowledge the grief of closing the ministry, knowing it was a difficult decision of stewardship. Sometimes faith looks like starting something bold, and sometimes faith looks like trusting God when it's time to let go. But hear my heart on this: The calling of our church has not changed. The story God is writing through this next generation is just getting started, and we will keep investing in them through our church ministries like Children’s Church, Generations Night, Trunk ‘r Treat, Tots for Tots, and more! We truly believe the Learning Center finished its assignment, and we are so glad you were here to help us honor it.
