Schedule pickup for incoming 8th graders (except new enrollees)

Tuesday, August 18
9:00 -12:00, 1:00 - 3:00
Schedule pickup for incoming 7th graders (except new enrollees)

Wednesday, August 19, 2026 - 5:30 PM
Orientation/Schedule Pickup for incoming 6th graders and new enrollees to our school in any grade level, followed by Open House for all NMS families with students in grades 6-8.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR ALL NMS STUDENTS

Our NMS office is now open and getting things prepared for the new school year! Excited to see everyone later this month! The first day of school for all Newcomerstown Middle School students is Thursday, August 20, 2026.

The date and time for the 6th grade/new student orientation and open house has not yet been set, but as soon as it is, we will post!

In the meantime, our supply list was sent home with report cards in June, but if you need one, here it is! Enjoy the remainder of your summer break!

🏈📣 FOOTBALL YOUTH CHEER NIGHT IS HERE! 🧡🖤

Calling all young cheerleaders! Come cheer alongside the Newcomerstown High School Cheerleaders during the 1st quarter of the Varsity Football game on August 28th!

✨ $30 registration includes:
🧡 Youth Cheer Night T-Shirt
🖤 Admission to the football game
📣 Two fun practices with the high school cheerleaders

🗓 Practices:
• Monday, August 24 | 5:00–6:30 PM
• Wednesday, August 26 | 5:00–6:30 PM
