🔢🎉 Place Value BINGO! 🎉🔢

Place value is something our students are working hard on in math! To help strengthen their understanding while keeping learning fun and engaging, students played Place Value BINGO!

Through a little friendly competition, students practiced identifying numbers and understanding the value of each digit—all while having fun! 🧠✨

Who says math can’t be a BINGO win? 🎉

Our Baton Club is well underway with learning all the tricks—and they are having a blast while doing it! 🎀✨ Check out those catches! We can’t wait to see the dance they put together at the end of their session. We know it’s going to be amazing! 💃🖤

🧠✨ Memory Game Fun!

Some of our students participated in a fun game of Memory today! Standing in a circle, students took turns sharing their name and something they would bring on a trip that started with the first letter of their name. For example, Sam is bringing sunscreen! ☀️

The challenge? Before sharing their own answer, students had to remember and repeat everyone’s name and what they were bringing before them!

They did an amazing job, laughed along the way, and had a truly memorable time while strengthening their listening, memory, and communication skills! 💭👏

Problem Solving BINGO was a BIG win with our students! 🎉🧮

Students worked hard to solve each problem and find the correct answer. Then came the exciting part—checking their BINGO boards to see if they had the answer! 👀🎯

We love finding creative ways to make learning engaging and fun while helping students strengthen their problem-solving skills, build confidence, and keep those math skills sharp! 📚✨

Students love the Allowance Game! 💰

They’re sharpening their money skills by practicing how to count money, learning to differentiate between coins, and understanding the value of a dollar—all while discovering the connection between hard work and earning money.

These hands-on activities are helping students build valuable real-world skills that go well beyond the classroom! 💵🪙📚

Challenge accepted! 🐴🐱📚

Students were given 12 inches of tape and 50 index cards to work together as a group to construct a figure taller than “Louise,” the stick horse, all while holding “Silver,” the beanie cat! 🤠

Some groups worked together to create their structure without using any tape, while others used every single inch they were given. Each group had to think creatively, problem-solve, and make adjustments along the way.

Throughout the challenge, students practiced teamwork, listening to one another, communicating, working through problems, and setting goals together. It was amazing to see their creativity and collaboration in action!

Sometimes the best learning happens when students are given a challenge and the opportunity to figure it out together! 💡🤝✨

Math fluency can be practiced in so many different ways—and keeping it fun helps keep students engaged and ready to learn! 🧮✨

Our students are having a blast while building their math skills. One of the best parts is watching them when they aren’t sure they know the answer… and then seeing their faces light up when they discover they got it right! 😍🙌

Learning, growing, building confidence, and having fun—that’s what it’s all about! 💙📚

🎨✨ Beagle Club Creations is back and ready to create! ✨🎨

Beagle Club Creations is back and our students are ready to get creative! This week, students kicked things off by creating their very own Trojan bag tags. 🖤🧡

The rest of the session was spent planning and preparing for the exciting projects ahead. Students created a plan for the next four weeks and are ready to bring their ideas to life through tumblers, T-shirts, and so much more!

Their excitement and creativity are already shining through, and we can’t wait to see their plans become reality!

✨ Stay tuned to see what this talented group creates! ✨

Students in Barron Design Co.’s Crafting Club had a great day creating their own frames and discovering all of the fun and creative projects they’ll get to explore throughout this session!

This group is excited to dive into arts and crafts, try new things, and create something exciting to take home each week. We can’t wait to see their creativity shine!
