It was great seeing our dads doing awesome work in class with our students. I hope everyone enjoyed their moments shared together. We hope to see some of our dads show courage by try our adult class😉

We had awesome Black Belt Test last week.
Congrats to everyone who tested. We hope this would not be last but beginning of next journey. Let's keep up the good work😁

May 8th to 11th
All our moms of any ages are invited!
We are having Mother's day workout through out next week.
You welcome join your child's class and we have few thing ready for you. Or you can try our adult class if you are not comfortable with kids.
Either way would be great motivation for students. Seeing you on the mat with them and share memories are always great experience to have.
