Supporting communication starts with understanding the whole person.
The ACCESS Method™, developed by OptiSync, LLC, is a neuro-affirming system of support that helps families and professionals build communication through regulation, relationship, and neuroscience-informed practices. Using a unique rhythm-based approach, participants will gain practical skills to support nonspeaking, minimally speaking, and unreliably speaking individuals—including those on a path toward spelled or text-based communication.
This year-long Foundations Training is designed for:

✔ Teachers & Paraprofessionals

✔ Occupational Therapists
✔ Speech-Language Pathologists
✔ Physical Therapists
✔ Music Therapists
✔ LCSWs, LMHCs, BCBAs, and other credentialed professionals
Led by Casey DePriest, MT-BC, NMT and Eric Lund, MT-BC, NMT, with nearly 40 years of combined experience, this training combines research, real-world application, coaching, and guided practice to build confident support teams.
Participants will complete all four pillars of the ACCESS Method and earn digital badges along the way:

🎓 Continuing education certificates will be available. Music Therapists and Occupational Therapists are currently eligible for pre-approved continuing education credits.
