Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your grades. ๐๐ง
This World Mental Health Day, weโre reminding all our Knights that you never have to navigate college stress alone. At the Mount, we practice holistic care by supporting your mind, body, and spirit across campus. Whether through the Student Health and Wellness Center or self-reflection in the Chapel of the Most Holy Rosary, weโre here to help you care for your overall well-being.
Here are just a few of the spaces and resources available right here at the Mount:
๐ง Counseling Services: Free, confidential, short-term support when you need someone to talk to. Telehealth services for mental health are also available to all Mount students.
๐ Campus Ministry: A peaceful space for spiritual growth, reflection, and quiet moments with Fr. Greg.
๐ง The Stress Less Room: A quiet oasis on campus featuring massage chairs, soothing lighting, and space to reset.
โ๏ธ Outdoor Spaces & Fresh Air: One of the best ways to unwind, recharge, and take a breather? Step outside and take in the views from campus.
Remember to check in on your friends and take a deep breath today, Knights.
