FREE FARM STAND with Nutritious Food!!! This FRIDAY!

On Friday, August 21, 2026, NECSD, in collaboration with the Regional Food Bank will be offering FREE nutritious foods for the community! Please join us at the NFA Main Campus lower lobby from 3:30pm - 5pm as we distribute bags of fresh food! While supplies last!

Food Menu options to include the following:

Organic Almond Milk
Turtle Splash Cereal
Blue Corn Meal
Tuna
Mac & Cheese
Peaches
Flavored Protein Chips

El viernes 21 de agosto de 2026, el NECSD, en colaboración con el Banco de Alimentos Regional (Regional Food Bank), ofrecerá alimentos nutritivos GRATUITOS para la comunidad. ¡Acompáñenos en el vestíbulo inferior del campus principal de NFA de 3:30 p. m. a 5:00 p. m. para la distribución de bolsas con alimentos frescos!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Mrs. Shawna Marie Howard. She was a cherished member of our school community and will be deeply missed. Her kindness and dedication touched countless lives and will forever remain in our hearts. We extend our condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, SMS students and alumni.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 7th:

We are excited to announce that we will be offering the Extended School Year Program for the summer of 2026! The purpose of this correspondence is to share pertinent information regarding programmatic details, such as timeline, registration, and contact information for the ESYP Principals, in case you encounter any questions.

Below, please find the listing of each program, description, start and end times, and dates. Some programs have a link to register, while others are based on school and district leader recommendation. The deadline to register for 21st Century and Empire Programs is Monday, June 15, 2026.
