I taught my last summer youth classes last week. It's always bittersweet to say goodbye to summer break, BUT there is always something exciting about the new school year!
To all those starting a new school year, kids starting school, or just starting a new chapter of life, I wish you love, peace, and joy.

*YMCA Preschool yoga paused for August. Check the schedule in September for updates.
*YMCA Kids yoga Thursday morning will return next summer. Keep an eye on the schedule for updates

NEW YOUTH YOGA CLASS ADDED for the summer!!! Big kids yoga (ages 6-12) on THURSDAYS!!!
Kids yoga @ 8:30am
Preschool yoga @ 9:15am
Both of these 30 minute classes are held at Dunigan YMCA. Sign up your yogis in Child Watch or the YAC and we can get them to and from class, so you can enjoy a class or time to yourself.
