Thank you so much to The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 627 of Newburgh Heights for spoiling us with so many awesome things from our classroom wishlist. So many snacks, craft supplies, and awesome items for some hands on activities this year. Your support means the world to us and we are lucky to have you as part of our community!

The last two days of sunshine have been AMAZING for the plants 🌞🌱

We know the plants we planted at school have been loving it, and we’d love to see how everyone’s plants from the greenhouse sale are doing too! Drop your photos in the comments and show off your flowers, vegetables, baskets, herbs, or garden setups. Here are some of the Gazanias we put in pots and they are living the sun!

It’s always fun seeing where our plants end up and how much they’ve grown since leaving the greenhouse. 💚

We are so thankful for volunteers like Joyce who jump in wherever they’re needed and work so hard simply because they care about our students and program. This spring has been nonstop, and she has been there helping with watering, organizing, moving plants, helping customers, and tackling whatever needed done without ever asking for anything in return.

People like Joyce make a huge difference behind the scenes, and our greenhouse truly would not run the same without her kindness, dedication, and selfless attitude. Our students get to see firsthand what it means to give back and support a community, and that matters more than she probably realizes.

Thank you, Joyce, for all of the time, energy, and heart you’ve poured into helping us this season. We appreciate you so much! 🌱💚
