We are thankful everyday for our leader, Mrs. Lacy Roberts, who spends so much time and energy making sure this school is amazing for the kids, the families, and the staff. Happy National Principal Appreciation Month!

If you have a picture of your child with Mrs. Roberts, post below, we would love to see them.

NCS Cookie Dough Fundraiser going home today- Our fundraiser will start on October 15th- October 22ndand all monies and orders due to Mrs. Akins on October 23rd. NCS has partnered with Great American Opportunities; a well-respected national company, to help us meet our fundraiser goals. Our school goal for this fundraiser is $3,000. We are asking for your help to make this a big success and asking each student to sell 10 items to help that goal.

There are 2 ways to get orders and win great prizes- 1. In person sales- collect money at the time of the sale or collect money when you deliver your items. Checks may be written out to NCS. A brochure is provided. 2. Alternate online sales: 1. Super easy way to sell and pay by card 2. Visit store- follow the link or scan the QR code.

Prizes will be given to students based on the number of items they sell.
Thank you for your help and support with this fundraiser. All profits will go towards school, student, and staff incentives throughout the year.

We were so fortunate to have Ginny Sumrall, the wife of Coach Jon Sumrall, come and read to the students at NCS. She brought a fun energy and explained that she loves to read and how important it is. She also taught them the correct way to gator chomp, right over left.

Thank you Newberry Community School PTO for setting this up! You are always going above and beyond for our kids!

A super day at NCS. We had 229 parents and grandparents enjoy our family picnic today!
