Newberry High School Class of 1979

Newberry High School Class of 1979 Tahquamenon Area Schools, NHS Class of 1979. 45th Class Reunion. this is for our 35 year Reunion that will be held on October 11, 2014 at Pickelman's Pub.

It is casual and appetizers with bring a dish will be the foods. Cash bar. Class photo will be at 8:00 pm. DJ music and open to all alumni starting at 9 pm. The Pub will be closed to the general public on that night. we will also invite all 1979 class-members to a Pig Roast sponsored by the Sports Boosters fro 4-7 PM at the football field on Homecoming Oct. 10. Tickets are $10. and can be purchase

d at the event or in advance by contacting any sports boosters. Pam Scott will also be collecting a number attending. 906-293-3777. Our class will be attending Homecoming on Oct 10 and gather as a group. There may be a float in the homecoming parade. This will surely be a fun weekend for all!!!!

I would like to encourage all who attended or stayed at Interlaken Resort for our 45th Class Reunion to please give them an excellent review for their hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome time.

Don't forget NO B.S. What a band! In the future we will be able to say, I knew them when...

Our awesome class is to be commended. We were able to raise $200 from the silent auction of Mr. Cameron's NHS memorabilia. The money will go towards the resurfacing of the NHS track.
