These tools and supplies are more than just equipment; they are resources designed to help you hone the technical skills and creative talents that God has called you to use. This semester is a fresh opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom theory and hands-on application, growing into the problem-solvers the world needs in so many areas.

Our prayer is that you find true delight in the gifts He has given you as you dive into your labs and projects this spring. We are excited to see the ingenuity and dedication you bring to the Hub. Let’s make it a great semester!

You did it, Bruins—you crossed the finish line with power!

The 22nd Annual Wobble-Off Celebration was a resounding success, and the looks of triumph on your faces said it all. This event is more than just a competition; it is a testament to incredible grit and discipline. On average, each student poured 55.4 hours into the design and fabrication of their engine, totaling a staggering 5,259 hours across the entire class! Whether you were competing for cost efficiency, maximum coast time, top speed, air efficiency, or maximum torque, that dedication was evident in every spin and whistle of the air lines.

Instructors Neil Ninteman and Matt Zaiger did a fantastic job as both mentors and MCs, ensuring that every achievement—big or small—was celebrated. We even cheered for the engines not yet finished, because the journey of an engineer is paved with prototypes and persistence. It is truly an inspiration to witness the talent and determination God has given this new cohort of engineers. We hope this accomplishment serves as a foundation of confidence as you prepare to tackle the complex problems of the future. Well done, freshmen!

What a night! Our Annual College of Engineering Career Fair was a resounding success last Friday, November 7, 2025.

We were honored to host 26 phenomenal companies who dedicated their time to connect with our students, sharing valuable insights and professional opportunities. It was especially fantastic to see so many of our Alumni return to represent their organizations; a true testament to the strong network built at George Fox. To the 120 students who attended, your preparation and professional demeanor were excellent. You did an incredible job networking and showcasing the impressive talent you have developed.

Providing this invaluable opportunity for professional engagement is a great privilege. The food and conversation added to the evening, and we appreciate our Dean Bob Harder for wrapping up the evening with a message of gratitude.
